Arnulf Damerau serves as President & CEO of Nevada Gaming Holding, bringing a wealth of experience in global finance, strategic investment, and asset management. Known for his leadership across sectors such as real estate, renewable energy, and technology, Arnulf is also the founder of EuroAtlantic Group, a Global Family Office with a focus on transformative investments. A Wharton Business School graduate, he has held pivotal roles at Glencore and other influential firms, shaping strategic acquisitions and business growth. Arnulf is actively involved with the Milken Institute’s Chairman’s Circle and supports numerous cultural and philanthropic initiatives. He blends strategic foresight with a commitment to responsible growth in the gaming industry.
Martin Britton

Martin Britton is an experienced executive and technology leader with extensive experience in digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and global payment systems. Most recently, he celebrated the successful sale and exit of RedCortex Ltd, the innovative ICT firm he founded and led for nearly eight years. Under his leadership, RedCortex pioneered advancements in cloud transformation, cost optimization, and digital engagement. Prior to this, Martin held key public sector roles, including Chief Information Officer at Natural Resources Wales and the Welsh Government. Martin’s career is defined by his ability to integrate cutting-edge technology with strategic business objectives, particularly in areas such as payment systems, compliance, and real-time settlement. His leadership and expertise in enterprise architecture and cloud solutions have positioned him as a key figure in driving digital transformation across both public and private sectors.
August Hanning
Chairman of the Board
Dr. August Hanning is a highly accomplished legal and security expert with an illustrious career in public service. From 1998 to 2005, he served as President of Germany’s Federal Intelligence Service (BND), leading modernization efforts and overseeing the agency’s strategic operations. He later became State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of the Interior, where he managed critical areas such as internal security and migration until 2009. A graduate of the universities of Münster and Freiburg, Dr. Hanning began his career in law before transitioning to government roles, including diplomatic service in East Berlin during the Cold War. Since 2010, he has provided strategic counsel as a legal consultant and advisor, leveraging his deep expertise in international security and governance.
Nikolay Krushkov

Nikolay Krushkov, Associate Professor of Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer, brings a distinguished background in security, academia, and corporate governance. He has held senior positions at Bulgaria’s Ministry of Interior, including Founding Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, and serves on the boards of leading companies such as Bella Bulgaria PLC and Pateplay Ltd. With a PhD in Economics, a Master of Laws, and certifications in homeland security and counterterrorism, Nikolay has authored over 20 academic publications and contributed to EU-funded initiatives on innovation and security. Fluent in multiple languages, he is a decorated professional recognized for his expertise and leadership.

Vincent Power is an accomplished technology leader with deep expertise in global payments, regulatory compliance, and financial technology. He has held pivotal roles at major financial institutions and fintech innovators, driving advancements in next-generation payment systems, real-time settlement, and compliance solutions. As CTO and co-founder of the first version of ChatGPT, he leveraged the German DKFI large language model to advance natural language processing. Vincent’s distinguished career includes leadership positions at organizations such as the European Central Bank, SWIFT, Mastercard, and PaySafe Group, where he served as Group Head of Treasury, overseeing global banking and payments for gaming and remittance sectors. Known for his visionary approach to digital finance, Vincent continues to shape the evolution of the global payments landscape.
